Family Medical Clinic

Conveniently located on Palm Beach Blvd. in Fort Myers near I-75 exit 141, the clinic has been established since 1960( previously known as ‘Tice Medical Clinic’). The Clinic provides family care, general internal medicine and cardiology.

Dr. Sareen also provides hospital coverage through himself or thorough his associates. He is available 24 hrs through his answering service.

The Clinic has on site facilities for Blood and Urine testing, ECG, Stress testing, 24-Hr Holtor Monitoring, Echocardiography, Spirometry and  X-rays. DOT Physicals, Annual Physicals including Pap tests, Children’s Immunizations and School Physicals are done routinely..

Most insurances including Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, Private and Auto Insurances are accepted.

Appointments are necessary. But emergency walk-ins are welcome.

Cancelled or missed appointments are not charged.  Most of the time, same day appointments are available.
